Employee Spotlight – Tricia Hudspeth

Welcome to Metro, Tricia!

Welcome to Metro, Tricia!  We’re glad you’ve joined our team!

Everyone at Metropolitan Printing would like to take a moment to warmly welcome our newest associate, Tricia Hudspeth, who comes to us after having spent the last ten months working in Indianapolis with our sister company, The Jackson Group.

While working at Jackson, Tricia spent a good deal of time serving as an Intercompany Account Manager, where she acted as the point of communication between The Jackson Group and other CGX companies.  This role allowed her to gain experience in a variety of different aspects of the business, and served as a great way to quickly learn some of the ins and outs of account management, as well as the capabilities of different CGX companies.

However, over time she found that planning, implementing, and analyzing The Jackson Group’s efforts to increase their visibility within the Indianapolis community was where her real passion lie – fitting considering Tricia earned a degree in Marketing from Indiana State University.

By helping to develop creative marketing plans, as well as ensure that the Jackson team was well equipped with the tools to confidently deploy those campaigns, Tricia was able to combine her knowledge of marketing with her passion for creative and eye-catching design – skills that will continue to be developed as she works with Metro’s very own talented designer/technology coordinator, Danielle Riendeau.

When she’s not envisioning ways to effectively promote the Metro brand, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and her super cool cat, Zombiehead (or, “Z” for short).  She also enjoys live music, being outdoors, as well as various crafty activities such as cooking and baking.  Cheesecakes are her specialty, and colleagues from Jackson lovingly referred to her as Martha, as in Martha Stewart – high praise indeed!

Though she’s only been with us for a couple of weeks, Tricia has found the fine folks at Metro to be very friendly, open, and welcoming, and looks forward to getting to know both the people, as well as our local Bloomington community, better.  Good luck with the rest of your LDP rotations, and welcome to Metropolitan’s weird world of printing, Tricia!  We are excited to have you join our team, and anxiously await the first company cheesecake (I hear its pumpkin season…)!
